Finance Committee |

Provides administration of parish finances, preparation, and administration of the parish operating budget and capital funds, long-range financial planning of the parish resources, and approves major capital spending and parish fundraising. Reviews financial audits and recommends changes to ensure financial integrity. A prompt return of the Time, Talent and Treasure Intent form will enable this committee to accurately budget for the year 2005. |

Cemetery |

Monthly parish newsletter that features news of the parish with lists of sick parishioners, baptisms, marriages, and deaths, along with an informative article on parish life. Volunteers are needed who are willing to write and article several times a year. |

Landscaping |
||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
|
Generally assists with landscaping beautification, planting flowers and assisting with landscape design. Help needed: "Green Thumbs", willing workers. We welcome youth volunteers to accompany their parents. Work is normally scheduled twice a year, in Spring and Fall. |

Office Help |

Assists with copying, mailings, bulletins, answering telephones, and manning telephone lines for special projects. Also substitutes for office staff when they are absent. |

Physical Plant |

Provides assistance in the maintenance and repair of the physical plant and facilities of St. James. Performs renovation and construction projects that fit within the capabilities of the volunteers. Help needed: Volunteers with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, masonry, and painting skills. |

Stewardship Committee |

Coordinates, creates and maintains the process that enables parishioners to participate in Stewardship of time, talent and treasure. Help needed: Assistance with yearlong planning; updating the stewardship brochure and presentation plan; follow-up of time/talent volunteers. |
